Is the Singapore that i see now treating people with Equality and Respect.
Sometime when im workin in my shop.I see foreigner worker they work so hard for singapore in wad eva industry they are in.However it some time gave me this impression that generally employers of singapore are stil ok.However there are some employers in singapore which i feel like scolding them and complaining abt them.Nt bcos they are employersHowever is bcos i feel tat the employers are abusing their authority at times like example holding back the workers pay for no obivios reason.Then find a stupid excuse to fire them.Hey is tis wad we called equality or treatin ppl wif respect hey i dun tink so loh.dun tink jus bcos u ar employers then u can abuse ur authority on others esp on foreigner worker.They gave their blood,sweat for the company and there u ar holding their pay or making Full use of them.They are not machine k.We are supposed to treat them jus the way u treat ur frend loh.This will make them feel singapore really as their home.
No matter wad problem ur have employers is always best to take time and know abt wad ur employers really wan.
