Laws are not meant to be broken
This sentence may sound logical
but sumtime innocent party are charged/sued for a crime that does not have enough evidence or alibli to prove that the accused are gulity.
Such as this all crimes that are innocently charged to the accused not only harm the realtionship of the accused and its surrounding people.It also harms their reputation
people mocking people laughing.Therefore i tink that Laws in sg should be review periodically to protect the accused and the ppl who sue them,
Cos it may be the fact that the person who sue them may just make up any charges to charge them.Thus this is unfair.
Without any alibli or concrete evidence that could prove the accused guilty i feel that the accused should be released and not letiing his reputation being tarnish.
I hope that those who are reading this wil realise that chargin sumone wif any charges without enuf evidence or alibi is not FUNNY.
