Wah Yesterday was a fun/inspiring and moltivating day.

when my frend and i arrived at hougang gym.I was expecting not many people in the gym as it was a weekday.To my surprise not only there were many people of all ages but people of all shapes and sizes.

Some of them were v well built,V musuclar and fit.Thus this had moltivate me to train even more even harder to achieve my dreams and goals of this year.

Yesterday did quite many sets on weights station more than i normally do,but i did not manage to be burn out.My fren commented on that i din sweat.Maybe i convert all the sweats into strength.
We trained til about 7pm,than left to take drinks at the cafe under the gym.Wah the cafe only gt 5 ppl when my fren and i reach.2 chij gals,my fren and 1 and the cafe worker.
My fren told me later that the chij gals was actually taking instant noodle there which left me quite puzzled as the nearest chij was not very near the gym.

I sent a v lame msg to one of my cgm telling him that all dreams can be achieve if he wants to thru god.haha telling him that the ppl there are powerhouse.He too wanted to becum bigger and fitter.

After that took a bus to hougang mall to fill up my stomach.The food court at lvl 4 sells food that was affordable yet able to fill up my stomach.

This morning than i felt the soreness at those areas that i trained yesterday.
